I was involved in the design and storytelling of TD's North Star vision that was presented to 85+ senior executives at TD's annual Senior Management Conference (SMG).
Working cross-functionally with stakeholders and designers, I implemented a modern design system, crafted 6 futuristic banking experiences, and constructed compelling stories to align the designs with the banks vision.

As design teams across TD explore the future of banking, my team’s ask was to connect their work into a seamless and impactful story to showcase to senior executives across the bank.

Connect designs across the bank into a holistic narrative
Our objective was to integrate over 25 forward-thinking banking experiences into a unified story, illustrating how each design influences the life of a TD customer. We sought to harness DALL-E and Runway to create AI-generated images and videos that visually capture the designs’ impact.
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding the context and values of their work
As design teams across the bank work on their respective products, I focused on facilitating frequent discussions with stakeholders across every team to understand context and ensure my designs aligned with their values and key objectives.
Enhance innovative banking experiences without compromising the original design's core values
Without much knowledge of the years of work done by design teams across TD, I aimed to preserve the core values of the original design and ensured stakeholders were in the loop in key design decisions.

Design an interactive space to explore the future of digital banking at TD 🔮
Representing all design teams across the bank, we built and presented an interactive space for senior executives to dive deeper into what the new age of digital banking could look like. The space featured a dynamic visual narrative following a TD customer’s journey, complemented by interactive prototypes, and a variety of devices for visitors to experience firsthand.
Working with senior designers on my team and based on existing work, I developed a unified design system that helped me deliver six cutting-edge, interactive prototypes featuring experiences such as AI-chats, advancements in open banking, goal creation and management, and future of e-transfers.
Once designs were complete, I leveraged GenAI tools to visualize the life of a TD customer into a 15 minute video.

The interactive booth inspired eager involvement
Senior executives had the opportunity to explore new designs through interactive prototypes on mobile and desktop devices. After interacting with the prototypes, over 35 executives were eager to learn about how they can get involved in these exciting projects to push it closer and closer to reality.
Designers across the bank were commended for their work
With their work being powerfully showcased to senior executives, design teams were praised for their unwavering commitment to innovation at the bank. The recognition not only validated their efforts but also reinforced the strategic value of their contributions to the bank’s vision and future direction.

By working with a team of talented designers and strategists, I recognized the importance of using storytelling to not only resonate with my audience, but also to emphasize the impact of my design solutions.
Gained expertise in aligning stakeholder values with user-centered design solutions
I had the valuable opportunity to streamline the design process through frequent stakeholder discussions, communicating new iterations and rationale, and designing without compromising their values.
My detail-oriented approach to visual and interaction design is a major strength of mine
