After spending four months as a Design Research Intern at TD Bank, Canada's second-largest bank, I pivoted to a blue-sky, product design role where I worked on shaping the future of banking at TD. I owned two major projects: AI-driven goal creation and TD's North Star Vision internal showcase.
With neo banks like Wealthsimple leading the charge in easy-to-use investing platforms in Canada, TD's outdated investment management solutions were falling behind, steering Canadians away from banking with TD.
